Your treatment will include a combination of Reiki Energy Work, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Intuitive Massage. The focus on a particular modality will depend on what you need most at that time.

Reiki Energy is infused into all of the work and you may feel the energy continue to work with you for up to two weeks after treatment.

Each treatment begins with a little chat and intention setting conversation. You will be given a warm lemon drink followed by a cleanse with palo santo, sage or sound to help clear, prepare and ground you to receive. You are fully clothed for these treatments. Comfortable and soft clothing is ideal.

The session ends with a subtle call back to consciousness with a sound bath from a humble Indian singing bowl. You are welcomed back to waking with more lemon water to help ground you once again. There will be time after for reflection and discussion about the treatment. Treatments are 1 hour and 15 minutes.
